Staff are absolute Gents. Extremely helpful over the phone and on the ball in the store! It's a smaller BT Games so make sure to call before going, but I've never left without the item I wanted.

Not happy. Tried to buy a preowned game and was told it had to be cleared for sale by a supervisor. Came back 5 days later and its still waiting to be cleared by a supervisor. Now told it may be another week and they cannot phone out so I must keep calling to check on progress. Not cool.

A store is a store, however the staff here are the ones that make you keep coming back. Well informed, great service and always helpful. The addition of the clothing line and revamped layout is awesome just wish they had more events here

They helped me get a PS5 at a good price and with a game that I actually wanted. Experience of collecting it could have been smoother, but overall happy with their service in getting such an elusive piece of tech.

BT games is located on the 2nd floor of Blue Route Mall, next to Mugg and Bean.Shopping at this store is great because of the friendly and speedy customer service. They clearly take pride in their work and are very thorough especially when making a big purchase. They answered questions before I even asked them and provided me with helpful information.The space is not very big, but there is a good variation of stock from consoles to games to gaming accessories and even certain collector's items. BT games sells Nintendo, Playstation and Xbox products.

It was nice, variety of games is good. I bought my Xbox One Console from them years ago. They updated it for me to get it up and ready to play when I got home, because I didn't have WIFI back then. No complaints since. Still running and no faults. It is 2021, I got it in 2018. Now I have WIFI and honestly, everything is working, from Netflix to downloading games from the App Store. Love it.

Best BT Games in Town, not for the size or variety which is still good, but because all of the staff are always helpful, very knowledgeable about most games and platforms, always cracking jokes, and are always keen for an open and honest chat about anything and everything. Long live physical game stores!
