I sent a parcel from Postnet Fleurdal last week Friday. The client still hasn't received the parcel and on tracking it, I got the message that the waybill number is not active on the system. Why not? If there is a problem with sending it, why haven't Postnet contacted me? This is totally unacceptable!!!

I had a very bad experience. The young girl that helped me was not focused on what I asked. I bought my own colored paper and she printed everything wrong. I told het to make sure that the font was correct because it must be a specific font, she did not ask me if it was right before she printed. I paid R154 for 10 pages. I am really disgusted and want my money back because it is for an assignment!!!

One of the staff made me feel unwelcome. Also didn't told me one of the printers weren't connected to the computer so I sat there for 5 minutes waiting for my stuff to print only after that I was told to select another printer on pc screen.

They are very quick and efficient and you do not have to pay an arm and a leg to get something printed or a parcel sent. The staff are also extremely friendly and professional.
