Prins and Prins Diamonds

When my partner and I were visiting Cape Town we were looking for a shop to buy my mother a local stone. We found P & P and Stefan! He was so amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and so inviting. He took his time with us and there was no pressure in buying anything in particular. He was so amazing that 5 years later we came back to Cape Town and purchased my mother a ring from him. He is such an amazing person and jeweler, I will work with him every time I come to visit the beautiful city of Cape Town.

Diamonds are a girls best friend they say, and I agree. Prins and Prins Diamonds gave me the experience I didn’t know I needed. The history, the displays and the staff were absolutely top tier. You can see and feel the passion put into the business and it shines through as you enter. Definitely a hidden gem Cape Town is lucky to have. I highly recommend making a stop!

I feel as though I can give a thorough review for Prins and Prins as I have both shopped in store and have designed a ring of my own and had it made here. I first visited Prins and Prins in March 2021 with some friends. Stacey greeted us and showed us the beautiful jewellery at Prins and Prins. She was so helpful and attentive and we were never made to feel like we had to buy something. However, we all bought a piece of jewellery in the end as the jewels and the whole experience of being at Prins and Prins was so delightful, thanks to Stacey and the team!Late last year I contacted Stacey at Prins and Prins as I wished to have a ring made. As I am from Ireland, this was completed through emailing Stacey back and forth. Stacey was absolute amazing with helping me design this ring, sharing her knowledge and expertise, sharing photographs and answering all of my many many questions! Nothing was too much of an ask and I always felt like I was being listened to. When designing my ring, I needed it quite soon, by an approaching deadline as a family friend was coming to Ireland and was going to bring the ring with her. This was no issue and Stacey made sure that the ring would be ready on time, which I am very grateful for. The whole experience was absolutely exceptional. I will definitely be purchasing from Prins and Prins in the future and will definitely visit the beautiful store the next time I am in Cape Town! Thank you so much Stacey.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. It was my last day in Capetown and I had given up on finding a nice, reasonable piece of jewelry. I went to several other jewelry stores and was not impressed at all. Then I happen to find this gem and I had the pleasure of dealing with Bianca and she is not in the sales department, she is actually in marketing but you could see how passionate she is about her job. I got some history and an absolutely gorgeous ring that I will cherish for a long time to come. Thanks Bianca and all the staff at Prins

15 Years ago we had my engagement ring made here. I still love it every day. With a visit back to Cape Town we stopped by to get an anniversary gift. The help from Leonard was amazing, kind professional and knowledgeable. Not only did we walk out with a stunning new ring, but they polished my wedding ring back to the way it looked when we got married.
