One of the worst service ever, went through the drive through, bought, milkshake and 2 bokse chees chips, the milkshakes was fine but when I arrived at home by my surprise I measured the amount of cheese sous 1 teespoon of cheese from 2 bokses this was the 3de and last time I will ever buy from Nina Park steers and when I foned the manager gold me sir let me explain how mutch I don't want to listen to excuses i told him go look at your advertisement pics and videos and compare that for your self tanks hit no thanks to steers

Every time I go to Steers Ninapark they do not serve any sauces or salt even when I asked for it. Tonight the same. I only got n 1 servet with 1 sauce in it although I bought 2 Wacy Wednesdays , a King Steer combo and a Mjojo combo. Only 1 sauce??? Come on. They charge me extra for no sugar coke. When I asked what's going on they give me my money back. So people check your slips!!! Steers Ninapark you have no manners and bad service and make the customer te bad one. Shame on you!! I will put this on every social media out there.

I was charged more than what i have received.I told the lady that i dont want any extras and am not donating money, but i still still charged R40 more thank what i bought.The cashier came to the collect area to assist the lady that was there, and they took my slip and didn't give it back.I only saw the bank notification being way more than what i actually purchased.Am very disappointed.

3/3/2022*update- even after the store replied and asked for my details. Nothing has been done. It was just for show!!I was asked if I want any extras, I said NO but still got charged for extras. I even asked if the price increased and the cashier said yes its been a while. After paying, the cashier actually charged me for extras and didn't even put them in... it would've been an honest mistake if they had given me what they charged me for (although I clearly said I don't want any extras).Be vigilant

Gave wrong chips, waited 10 minutes for correct chips. Get home 25km away no patties on the burgers. Highly disgusted

Have been into the store 2day, while waiting for my meal I noticed that none of staff are using gloves. All the food is handled without gloves and I noticed staff touching all diff areas n then handling food with same hands. Sorry unacceptable. . Unhygienic!!!!
