Went to pharmacy, took a ticket and looked at the screen: 94 minutes wait time! And the I see there is only one person trying to help a long line of people. Rather went to the pharmacy in town where 3 persons is helping the line of people.

Decent size shop with a pharmacy. The pharmacy can just get extremely busy. Luckily you can take a ticket and continue shopping to take the edge off the waiting for the pharmacy

Worst clicks I have ever been to. Take 10 minutes to open your doors after loadshedding (also you're a clicks get a generator) then the pharmacy takes 20 minutes as only 2 pharmacists work when over 20 people are queuing. Then Simphiwe has the nerve to tell me Dear God listen" after she misunderstood me that I needed to leave (after having waited so long)."

Horrible service. At the pharmacy you wait 20 min to be assisted then at the checkout. You wait another 5 to 8 min as there's just no staff?!

Staff is helpful.Always busy so can be pretty slow when their is only 2 dispensers available which is most of the time.They do not have an in house sister unfortunately
