The staff at this branch rocked my world... The three gentlemen namely - John, Ryan and Eugene did the unthinkable in terms of service. John did the most with securing my finance for the T-Cross. Ryan secured the best deal in the world with additional plans and Eugene was right there with the team. I am thoroughly satisfied and have no complaints

Customer service is a problem in SA, but these guys are a GOLDEN Standard for guys that are working as a:1. Team of professionals2. Champion positive customer experience3. Forthcoming and willing to help the customer arrive at an honest deal.There are many dodgy dealers, I can assure you though that Ferdie M, Kirsten, and Kutlaono gave me world class experience.

Awful service. My vehicle was booked on the 29 November 2022, regarding a factory recall, leaking sunroof, which is now not opening. I booked the vehicle with Nico. To save him some time, I told him about the problem, but his response was a classic. 'You can't go to a Dr and tell him whats wrong, he has to do a diagnosis'. More than 24hrs later, the 'Doctors' at VW Constantia are still doing their assessment, no diagnosis yet. I waited until midday today, 30 November 2022, before I called them. Nico says, he's only a booking klerk and a service advisor will call me. Its now 17:25, I have no vehicle and no call from a service advisor.

This VW can learn from the VW in Gezina, they treat me like family there. I live on Roodepoort but will rather go to Gezina than go to this VW. I am not impressed with VW Constantia's service.
