Would never recommend it to my worst enemy. utterly disappointed with their services and lack of competence. Bought a very expensive storage base bed and they delivered a wrong bed (3 quarter bed)…When they exchanged the bed they gave me a bed with the incorrect color and incompatible legs imagine…. POOR POOOOR SERVICE!!!NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!!

Bought a bed and a few months later the base was too noisy- factory fault. To get it replaced I paid a delivery fee of R350 again.Bed is comfortable bt I still don’t get why I paid for delivery twice.

Disappointed in the post sale service recieved. Bought a bed and base 3 weeks ago and the base is so noisy to the point where it wakes me up when I turn in the middle of the night. Ruled out other options with the shop and determined it is a factory error. Now they expect me to pay transport again to switch the base (after I paid for it to be delivered). So the customer is now being held responsible for their factory error. Unacceptable. How do I know the next base won't do the same? Then I'll have to pay again and again until one is error free. Utterly disappointed.

Would not recommend at all. Had to get a refund for a bed, paid, that they did not have...still waiting for that refund
