I desperately need to speak to the floor manager regarding employment, for which I am very keen. However I’ve called three times , resulting in being cut off every time. Please help me and pick up the phone. I’ve always respected Edgars for their great service, today is a letdown.

Good face to face service in the cell phone department, however the phone I brought is extremely faulty and the third party reps was an issue.1) The rep for Payjoy (who was good in representing their payment plan) was not logged into their system. This I found out the day after she convinced me to come the following day because the 'system was down', only to find out that she had not been logged in for over a week. This led me to get the Samsung A03 as an alternative to the one I wanted.2) For some odd reason there was a random email logged in on the phone from the start.3) In less then a month the phone switched itself on and off twice and then did not recognize my pattern.4) I brought it in to be looked at and explained the issues I had with it and got it back nearly a week later. It was restarted and 'nothing was wrong with the phone' according to the person who 'fixed it'.5) Less then 2 weeks after I got it back it switched itself on and off again. Now it does not recognize the code I set up.My experience with the phone you are selling has been shoddy at best. The only reason you are getting a 2 start is because of the staff members who took the time to try get a resolution as fast as possible, otherwise if it were possible I would give you a 0 rating

They employees discriminated against disabled people point out that they don't walk probably.i have Naver been so embarrassed only because of the way I walk.

So I walk into Edgars and what a surprise, the ladies are super pretty and very very professional. We were assisted in the best manner ever. Thw sales lady took her time to talk to us, made sure our purchases was properly wrapped and that we were happy. We'll done to all at Edgars Cresta.

Very organised, friendly staff .. you always get a surprise at the till, sale and mark downs love it

The staff is very helpful. The stock on clothing is not that great and the prices in this market are really bad. I don't understand why they are charging so much for brands we don't even know. Edgers don't even have style I'd rather shop at Jet.

The “Buy 2 Get 2 Free” deal this weekend is definitely worth checking out…

Store is not as I am used to. Compared to Cradle, Clearwater and even Westgate they are lacking. Really expected more.

Staff are really friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable. Very nice shopping experience.

Very poor range of clothes and brands. The staff are not interested and unfriendly.
