It's smaller than it appears to be from the outside but they have a good range of equipment and membership prices are good

Have opened late countless times. When you're on a time constrained schedule and the gym opens late, the day is ruined. Absolutely shocking.

I have been left no choice by Mishalan Sunjeevan regarding a fraudulent debit order that was processed on my bank account early Friday 31st May 2023 but to resort to social media. No satisfactory feedback nor reassurance that I have not been exposed to hackers" has been received other than "it's under investigation". I was promised a telephone call from the Regional Manager within 20 min from a phone call made to Mr Sunjeevan at 10h05. I am still waiting. The first time I have ever heard of Fit24Gyms was when the "fraudulent debit order" was processed on my account. This incident and the manner in which it is being dealt with is shocking. I am at a loss as to where to turn for help. Where's the Regional Manager and / or owners of this business so that serious complaints like these can be dealt with the urgency and respect that it deserves."

I am extremely dissatisfied with the current state of my gym. Firstly, the showers no longer have soap or shower gel, which is not only an inconvenience but also raises concerns about hygiene. Secondly, the gym management has replaced the motion sensor soap dispensers with cheaper alternatives, which has led to a decline in the quality of services provided. Thirdly, the gym is no longer open 24/7, which is disappointing as it was one of the key reasons I signed up for the gym in the first place. To add to these issues, the urinals in the men's bathroom have a horrible stench, indicating that they are not being cleaned on a consistent basis. This is not only unpleasant but also unhygienic and unacceptable. These issues combined have left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated with the current state of the facilities. I hope that the gym management can take immediate steps to address these problems and improve the overall user experience.
