Can't even begin to explain the trauma my family went through with this Hospital. They don't cleanup patients and they steal their belongings. Absolute disaster . They don't even deserve this one star that's how horrendous it is.

It was not the hospital that made me cringe. The mortuary staff, the woman there is a despicable, horrible person. The lady there had the audacity to gesture to the undertaker that my mother is fat. And that rite infront of me. That is not on. I am so hurt now, can't believe what that thing did.

No assistance!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Was booked for a operation and everytime there was some excuse. I stay far and can't afford to go back every time. No one can give me any anwers.

I cannit rate this hospital. Phoned there ti enquire about a patient got excellent service as the gentleman was trying to help me. Kept on asking the admittance date which i did not know. Eventually I find out that he is trying ti look in a book to see which ward she is in. This is 2020 and they do not it work with computers. We purchase private jets have parties build fancy houses renovate etc and we cannot afford to buy a compuer fir a hospital which serves 1000,s if patients. Cyril Ramaphoza this us a disgrace.

This is dingy, overcrowded and so there are long lines and so you must put aside the whole day in order to get service. There are several cases of patient mistreatment especially at the Mental patient wards. I would seek help at any public clinic first though since you need referral

Kind and caring but c an make some approvements in handeling and sosializing in situations with the patients in any criteria of medical assistance. Improvement in file section is also needed in all parts of hospital.
