I've been taking my pets to a well known and very expensive vet in Bryanstan, however very disappointed in their service as it became all about money and not about the actual concern for the animals that came through. I was desperately looking for a vet that exuded true passion for their job and care for pets..I can gladly say, i finally found them today! It was our first visit at Palm Gardens Vet and all I can say is WOW! From the lovely lady at front desk to the Dr herself, we received the most friendly and warm welcome. They were so gentle and easy with my baby - who is usually terrified of the vet and groomers due to how rough and forceful they can be - My pup was calm and happy throughout the visit. Usually vets want to put a muzzle when i explain that she takes a while to get used to people and is easily scared - so happy to say that none of that was needed, my pup was the happiest as she roamed around the room. The ladies at Palm Gardens were so compassionate and you could really see their love for what they do. Well done Palm Gardens Vet, keep up the excellent work, puppy and people skills! Highly recommended!
