Dents had to come and do some word at 'n Complex. Meeting was for 8:00. When I phoned at 8:10 to enquire where the where I was informed by Chantelle that job cards are still being issued and that they will only be inform me later in the day when somebody will be available. This despite having a 8:00 meeting arrange by Chantelle!!!!

Had an appointment. Phoned to enquire when they did not pitch. They appologised and rescheduled for another day, but again just did not show up??

My 2nd round trying to get a part from Dents. And they are getting worst. After ticking all the boxes this time on what is happening when and writing my own number clearly (Nr 1 excuse the last time: Sorry we lost your number, twice) we are back on excuses and no updates. Use them only for entertaining reasons, they can't even organize themselves.

Pathetic service to say the least. Requested a quote exactly 2 weeks ago. No response from them, as I called them 3 times querying the progress with the quote and had to explain it every time. Don't waste your time with this company. Totally unprofessional.

Broke microwave door release mechanism and didnt fix at all. R200 later sitting with microwave worse off than it was.

Dents arrived 2 hours late for our first appointment and did not have the current hardware to complete the job. came back 2 months later with a very standard eurolux fitting which could have have been purchased the same day as its readily available. On a second occasion went into the shop to have a lamp repaired. After being promised a call back on the same day i visited the shop again 5 days later and nothing had been done so far.TL:DRManagement of staff and scheduling seems to be an issue so you are assured that appointments wont be kept. Service at shop is lacking and communication processes are non existent - you will have to follow up multiple times.Good luck.

Helpful and friendly staff. Possible improvement - Price the items on the shelf. Having to ask staff for prices causes a bottleneck at the pay point.
