The service was ok not outstanding but ok. The mall was such a let down, the female bathrooms had no toilet paper, all of them :(

Terrible service from waiters. Did not clean my table and did not remove things from previous order. Crumbs all over the bench and I had to clean it myself. She only passed and didn’t even apologize or say anything. Only rating it 2 because their new milkshakes. I tried the bar one milkshake.

We arrived there on Sunday the 2nd of April at 17:30 and they were closed, the waiter said they close at 6 but still their doors were already closed.... the website clearly states that it closes at 9pm and the sign outside their glass door... It was so much of an inconvenience as we traveled there... Should consider changing your times if they different from the actual closure time

Always good. My only problem is the Nandos call center. Talks too long and one runs out of airtime before even the order is placed

The best Nando's experience I've ever visited by far. I had forgotten my card at the guesthouse nearby and the cashier, Katlego, kept my order safe and warm until I returned a few minutes later. I'll be sure to visit again soon.

If you're a lover of anything more than hot" then I'd give it a miss .. service is quick..chicken is decent... always ask for extra sauce or you'll be disappointed.. strips and spicy rice is pretty disappointing cause it wasn't saucy as you'd expect.."

Not rey happy with my orders every time. All personnel must get proper training from taking orders till packed the correct food in the bags.
