Booked online and went there on the day of fingerprints and eye test. Recieved a decent service, less than an hour I was done provided you have all documents ready. Came back after 10 days to check fingerprints and was done in less than 30 minutes. Parking is outside on the street though.

After reading so many reviews I was quite despondent about a license renewal, I went at 07h38. Already there was a queue, people were let in group by group. I had what I needed, except a copy of my license which I made across the street. By 10h10 I was out, things can definitely be improved but overall it did what it was supposed to. PS: Do NOT rely on the online booking as that system is completely broken at the moment.

I would like to know why the staff are so extremely rude with customers, they are extremely impatient and rude, they don't think twice to snap at people and especially at the elderly. It's absolutely disgusting. Bad service.

Great service at Edenvale DLTC! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and ensured that all that I needed to get done was done with no hassles.

Staff behaviour is outrageous, rude, unpleasant and 100 percent unhelpfuland very ill mannered never have been treated like that in my whole life it seems that watching private videos on their cellphones and taking private calls on their cellphones is more important then dealing and being helpful towards the clients I wish top management will send someone to see how people get treated there. It definitely needs to be changed the way they treat people.

Whats the point of booking a slot and you stand and wait.

Paid for learners booking in under 5 minutes. Street parking available, not too bad. Best of all - sparkling clean toilet with toilet paper! What a difference to Randburg. Thanks Edenvale

GREAT SERVICE @ EDENVALE DLTC!!!Booked online a week earlier, was there 20 minutes before my appointment time (I thought I was late as they indicated I needed to arrive an hour-before to request a temporary drivers).Got the form from the Security Lady which took few minutes to complete. Gentlemen at the entrance counter checked all my papers. I was on the line for the eye-test not more than 10 minutes. Went to the Cashier and collected my application receipt and temporary drivers within 10 minutes. Was done with everything in less than 30 minutes.
