Unfortunately the garage can no longer be trusted.I’ve been using Kessle Motors for quite some time. I’ve always been happy with their service and the quality of their work.I’ve had bad experiences recently on three different occasions. The last experience I was told I needed a new brake equaliser, after it was ‘replaced’ there was still a problem, so I was told I needed a new brake master cylinder. Having been through this game with Keith on my last visit, I decided to stop past the garage and speak with the mechanic directly. After speaking with the mechanic, I realised that the equaliser had not been replaced, but bypassed. However I had been charged for the replacement. Once the equaliser was actually replaced, the master cylinder was suddenly fine.Upon taking the vehicle home, it kept stalling. I took it back down and they couldn’t understand why it kept stalling. They adjusted the fuel to air ratio on the carburettor, it didn’t fix the problem, now it stalls and uses more fuel.Unfortunately I do not trust Keith to take my vehicle back again, so I will need to find a new mechanic. Very disappointing, as I’ve really enjoyed the team and mechanics at Kessle for years.

I have had some electrical repairs done at this branch previously and they would always advise me of the costs upfront before going ahead. They kept me informed of the progress and took great pride in the quality of their work. I highly recommend them as I have consistently received great service from Keith, Margaret and team!

Asked for a quote which they gave for 20k, then I wanted to shop around for another quote and they said that we then had to pay R500 for an inspection fee.This is hidden very carefully in their terms and conditions and on their job card form when checking it in.BE WARNED ABOUT THESE PEOPLE

Such a sweet experience! Friendly, efficient and trustworthy. Required a full service and took half a day. Showed me what was changed / fixed which gave me a better understanding. Excited to go back in 12 months for another service!

Keith and the Team are very helpful, I went for Gearbox mountain and some issue with my rear tire, They sorted all my issue, this is definitely a place I can recommend
