ZERO STARS. They made me a queen size base. They made it too small. Now they don't want to refund me nor supply me with the correct base. They don't answer their phones and gave me the run around to get to their correct premises (they no longer in Brackenfell). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought a double bed in 2018 - there is in fact ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE.Sent emails, did phone calls but very unhelpful staff.Left messages for the manager which is non existing.The bed is manufactured for a 140kg person but the mattress collapsed under a child of 40 kg.The only answer is, bring the bed in" - I paid them a fee to deliver the bed

Very bad after sales service, 5 year warranty on a bed that will start sagging within 3 months of purchase and when you complain they promise to come pickup the mattress and just never show up. No communication whatsoever, I've been requesting for my bed to be fixed for three months now, I'm the one who keeps following up and nothing happens.I wish I had done proper research before buying from themI wouldn't recommend buying a bed from the so called factories" rather you buy from a well known furniture store."

Do not buy a Hotelier mattress either directly from them or any other store. I have escalated an issue with a Hotelier mattress I bought from another retailer within the guarantee period. All the store can do is tell me that they escalated the issue with the factory". It's been 3 months and not a call or email even after me leaving 2 reviews on HelloPeter and many calls and mails to the store I purchased from. The "factory" simply doesn't care.I have since then read many similar reviews online. The Hotelier "factory" will not service you after your purchase."

I bought my bed here about a year ago. It’s still super comfy and the quality is perfect. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff !

No after sale service, have been told to drop the matress at the office by one of the employees, got there and they were closed. Got frustrated as they already told me im not getting a new mattress they fixing my current one after it collapsed and i haven't had it for even 2 years of turning the matress each week. Im not near the weight limit so it's not even a excuse. When i try to call to get the matress collected by me there is no answer. Never by from them if you appreciate after service!

Well priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Dealt with Alvin there.Delivery was promt as well. Product quality good.
