Terrible service and poor communication skills They take all the money upfront and just give you what suites them. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I so unhappy with there service and the product that was delivered to me. Big cratch marks on it and the sign the artwork was stuck on and looked like a grad one had cut it out and stand all types of stories are coming from this company. I am totally unhappy with the level and quality of service. Never will I use this company again. I have to now pay again and get my items done correctly with another company. Jan do not even mother try to post something on here to justice the poor level of service

We had an international conference at the ICC on Durban and used Oxford Signs to manufacture the Lanyards. Not only did Oxford Signs met the deadline, but the quality of their products was superb and we received numerous compliments from our clients as well was rewarded another ICC contract! Well done to the friendly staff at Oxford signs. Definitely recommend Oxford Signs

Jan, this will be my last response. Your mail, which i will gladly upload, stated that a 70% deposit was required before you could start production of the sign. we paid the deposit and the balance was to be paid on site at installation. I will gladly upload all mail exchanges as well as your quote which stated that you required the deposit before production began. This is the reason installation was not paid for yet.Furthermore, the root cause of the issue was that you quoted me on installation of the sign with FULL KNOWLEDGE of high up it needed to be installed then later on claimed that the photo was misleading in attempts to extort money out of us, despite every single other company being able to gauge the height of the building from the photo. I've also uploaded the picture that i sent you in my inquiry in my previous review so that anyone reading the review can judge for themselves whether or not it was misleading.The fact of the matter is that you dont care about your clients

VERY , POOR PRODUCT AND SERVICE DELIVERY !!!The worst service!!! So I ordered magnets for my company branding from Oxford Print and signs , and paid immediately upon receiving the invoice. I went in to received the magnets the Friday, The shop was about to close so I just got handed the package(By Jan the owner who at the time was conversing with someone. I said thank you and left .The magnets where put on the next day .and the very first trip the one blew off with the other about to fall.I then brought it up to the owner (the very next day - been the Sunday). and he told me I was perhaps speeding that's why it came off. Anyway after a very long debate he agreed to replace them. I told the owner I am working late every day and could drop when I'm free (I even suggested I come past his residence to make it convienant as I was ending work after 5pm daily ), I brought the magnets in he was not in and was not taking my calls or the calls from his staff , I left the magnets with a staff member who checked it prior to leaving it there.He responsed after a while to my message I then went back to shop when he got back in. He came outside and stuck the magnet on my car and said he would replace the magnets and he needed to test the one that was left ,and that He could see that the corners where not holding and said not to worry he would replace it there must be an issue with the material and he would need to send it (the exisisting magnet) back to the supplier .I have followed up ever since to find out when my magnets would be done and week after and always a excuse after excuse as to why I cant receive my magnets. I paid in January it's now March and still don't have my branding on my vehicle.He has now turned around and said that the suppliers report stated that I have tampered with the magnets thats why They didn't stick (Lord knows why I would pay for something for my business and then tamper with it to make it not work ) ,(in his response to my google review).Jan is by far the most unhelpful and has not got back to me once only upon me first following up still excuse after excuse. I was then told about consumer acts etc he clearly doesn't want to help so I will be taking this up legally. Avoid at all cost!I have attached screen shot of the conversations had.I would never treat a client like this !

After taking 2 weeks messing about with the proofs to get them to look like what I originally emailed, I come in to collect and they have been printed on the wrong sizes. Promises to deliver corrected ones but doesnt happen. Another trip to go back and fetch them. There are bubbles on the printed surfaces. Shoddy workmanship. Expensive for 2 small signs. Invoicing all wrong. Absolute nightmare experience. Apologies and excuses given, but I'm sorry I cannot recommend.Re: To the response: 1) The signs were taped up in bubblewrap and bubbled surface was not seen until getting home. 2) You expect me to pay additionally for delivery when its your mistake? Your mistake cost me an extra trip! 3) I collected them from the BP garage because thats where you told me your vehicle was broken down! 4) The only staff" I dealt with was "you"."

Asked for photo quality business cards but did not get photo quality cards. Were just told that they dont agree with me.Waited 4 weeks for my cards and corex boards.They then claimed afterwards that I did not pay for photo cards, but I have proof that I asked for photo quality business cards. Proof that I will gladly share here as photos.

My Steel Company needed a large sign and car magnets. I used Oxford Signs to manufacture the signs and magnets. I did not really know how to approached the designs, but with the expert graphic services from Jan Ellis and his team at Oxford Signs, we not only received excellent products, but there products helped my business to grow. All thumbs up for the team at Oxford Signs. Thank you guys!

I have to say with a very big heart felt thank you to Jan Ellis for making my wedding day so spectacular. All family and friends were so in awe of how you conducted our wedding. It w as so amazing.
