Their services suck. I finished payment on their accounts in 2016 up to day the have not updated my results with the credit bureau. My credit record is still affected by their negligence. Busy consulting a lawyer to sue them.

I bought a 3/4 bed from bed & lounge that I'm trying to exchange due to the impact it's had on a family members back and hip.I spoke to Joseph , then to Phiri, now to Yvonne.The area manager is going to call me soon to resolve and alleviate our issue by tomorrow. This is the 2nd week in July.

Worst service we have ever experienced at the langlaagte store.Their beds break in 6 months and they refuse to fix or replace it

If I can give them 0 that what I'll do.... worse worse quality I can think of , I bought R20000 couches that didn't last even 6 month then they broke. After I was convinced to add money and to get a better quality one for R22000 they ended up being the worst one. They couldn't even last the leather is so cheap that it get torn for just seating on them..... I really regret putting my foot in this store, to be robbed.... I'll never recommend anyone

2nd time I bought a recliner lounge suite here. Excellent service with Madoda. There was a small issue at the back of the lounge suite. They know their stuff & sorted out in a jiffy.Verry comfy lounge suite. Thanx Madoda
