On more than one occasion I have been here where the queue is incredibly long and then there is 1 cashier working and the rest of the staff are chatting.

I have visited this store one many occasions, and have never found the staff helpful or friendly. I have been blatantly ignored when I went to pick up an online order, and generally, the stock availability is average. Grateful a Dischem has opened nearby.

Every time I get incorrect prices. I have to go and get the shelf price to show them. I understand that mistakes happen but every time it's an issue, especially the same product. So, the manager helps to do a refund, but she couldn't calculate correctly. She wanted to give me more money back then what I was supposed to get so I had to do the calculations for them. Please address this with your staff.

Well established chain store which has recently been skilfully reorganised inside - but it doesn't have a pharmacy. It is quite small so it doesn't stock all the products a larger Clicks would.

Very poor customer service. There has been numerous occasions where items were incorrectly priced. If I didn’t check my slip I would have payed much more than I was supposed to. After the third time this happened I questioned the manager about this and he didn’t really have an excuse. They were uninterested in my complaint and actually ignored me while I was talking to them. I am very disappointed.

Everything goes well until you get to the front. Don't try buying a SIM card because their system is offline" and God knows when it's going to be fixed. Cashiers gave us a funny look when we took a sim card off the shelf and asked them to activate it. Why have it on the shelf if you can't sell it?Good selection of products otherwise. Bought some Bounce headphones and other Clicks products from them. Good store and good ambiance

Well organised and stocked store with friendly staff. The store has everything that one might need, but does not have a pharmacy inside. The store is conveniently located and I have always been able to find what I need or what I am looking for here.

I was there now and it says they open at 8am but the shop was not opened for walk in customers and when I call their line no one picked up and I left bcz I'm going to work as well by 9am
