So far so good with Soneike KFC. I definitely have to rank it higher than KFC Bellville and KFC Kuilsriver. The food is always on point. Up until now, I have not received an undercooked or an overcooked piece of chicken. The chips always looks like it is fried in new oil. I have never received a brown-brown chip or one with black burnt ends. Even the most standard burgers come out different. I only had an issue with the under-gravy or little gravy mash. It is a bit drier than the ones from other KFC's. But, this could be my preference. The wraps are standard but in the past or at other KFC's you can get one piece of chicken in an entire wrap. This one is nicely packed with chicken. My daughter claims that they make the best chicken nuggets. Again, for me it is standard. Maybe they pay more attention to detail. But, they deserve my rating.So we went back to KFC Soneike and got the same result as last time. We tried the zinger nuggets and they are very tasty. The fam scored it high all around and the colonel sauce was a counter balance for the mild spicy heat.

I can't complain about the service, it's fast en friendly. The only problem I have is that they never have ice cream in the evening. You can't order a cone, milkshake or sundae because they are always cleaning the machine. Isn't that something you do after closure. Literally every time I ask they don't have. Same story again Tuesday evening. To add to my frustration this was what the 2x large chips looked like when I got home. Just want to know if this is right?

I ordered breakfast online for collection and when I got to the store they told me breakfast has passed. They haven’t prepared our food before hand when they got the order. They then proceeded to make the breakfast burgers but did not check the order correctly and only gave the burgers without the extras. We ended up waiting about 40 mins for our order that we ordered ahead of time . Absolutely ridiculous, they didn’t have coffee or chips.

Wish I could rate this KFC less than 1 star. Constantly getting orders wrong. Unfriendly staff working at front counter. Quality of food decreasing. Won't ever support this branch again!

Ridiculous ... disappointing... and a lot of anger..that's my experience ... placed order just after 20h00 this evening for wings ... waiting 45 mins and then to be told they just ran out of wings ...!!!!"45 mins wasted !!! Really ???? uurrrghhh"

The food I received was fresh and tasty but I didn't receive everything I ordered and paid for. This often happens if you don't check your entire order before you leave. The rounder burger fillet was also smaller than usual and only partially covered the bun.

Called ahead to place order. Got there just for them to tell us their card machines are offline... Could you not have said that 30mins ago over the phone?Ps. In the last 5 years i've never not had an issue with this kfc

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was horrible and I hope management can improve... this is my closest KFC and I would like to return.1. Self service card machine out of order. You only realize this on the last screen when trying to make payment. Had to redo order.2. Server forgot to give soda as per order. When mentioning this she seemed annoyed that I reminded her about it... She did not apologize after we almost walked out without our drinks.3. No tomato sauce, chilli salt or serviets in takeaway bag.Need to do better please!
