They tried to send me local but the places didnt sell brush head for my miele cat and dog model.

Bought a Whisper Pro XL Backpack Vacuum from Powervac. Powerful, great quality, easy to clean, comfortable. And it's made in WA! Highly recommend

I've never written anything until now.But I get this time because I'm so disappointed.To begin by.My pressure washer has been taken to repair.I didn't hear from this company for three weeks, until I called and pressed them to diagnose the problem.After a few days send it estimate , I agreed.Then again, nothing, I want the store and.bin said that are on hold for the parts.After more than 4 weeks I collected and paid the $441'00I went home so I could wash my car.Didn't work the way should be.The back again and the problem has been resolved after 40 min.Consumer Service 0.Service Engineer Skills 0.Too expensive for the job.I wouldn't recommend Powervac.Very unhappy customer.

The team at Powervac from top to bottom are awesome can’t recommend them enough when i need products or services they are always there to assist me in a speedy timeframe nothing is to much of a problem for them no fuss crew. Thanks for all your service and knowledge. Jaime

True professionals. All the staff here from the sales staff on the floor to the repair crew out the back know their products back to front.I've had one of their back pack vacuums for over 4 years now and it's still going strong. Countless friends of mine have been recommended and they all say the same thing, it's the best vacuum they've ever had!The reason I bought from them is that I could tell they knew their products back to front and that gave me confidence. Also it is nice to know that the backpack vacuums are made right there, true Aussie made! Due to this, if anything should break, all the parts are available all of the time, now that's a reliable service.

I have used Powervac several times in the last 12 months to hire cleaning equipment from. Once when moving house and a new office/warehouse clean. The staff have been super friendly and helpful to deal with, even helping me load up my car!

Very bad experience, our tennant e5 carpet machine was under warranty for 1 year but didn't repair even after only 6 months and charged us over $400, the company tennant as well , they mention warranty but no response to your calls emails if there is any fault in the equipment. Not recommended at all ,
