My husband is in quarantine at the Balalaika Hotel. He was in desperate need of some toiletries and I phoned this particular Clicks 5 times, holding 4 minutes each time only to be cut off!! I tried another 4 Clicks outlets before I gave up and went to their opposition where I got fantastic personal service!! I might not be a spring chicken but I do know that a little assistance goes a long way. Bye Bye Clicks!! Doesn't even derserve a rating!!"

Worst pharmacy in the country. Hands down. Avoid at all costs. Modernize - take a leaf out of every other pharmacy in the country’s book and actually dispense meds to people in need with a valid prescription even if they don’t have a bloody fax machine.

Very poor service from the pharmacy section... Got there @ 09:36 and was next in line. Another gentleman came and had a pre-packed collection" ticket and was served before me (surely it's first come first serve). Bear in mind that this transaction between the pharmacist and this gentleman took around 25min. By the time I was helped it was already 10:02!!! There was only 1 pharmacist on duty at the time and 5 people waiting in line. Other staff were walking around freely doing absolutely nothing. No apologies after complaining or acknowledgment of the lack of service."

Shocking service, would not recommend. Completely under staffed and no management available and waited 15 mins at the front of the line to be served at the tills, with 4 people behind 1 till.

Im blown away by the service this chemist provides. Every month they call to ask if they can prepare my medication and call again when its ready. If they don't have something in stock, they keep you updated. Their professionalism is outstanding. Thank you so much. Keep u0 the good work. We don't get this kind of service anymore in this country. You guys are amazing.

Terrible service. The pharmacy section is extremely understaffed and the staff that was there was particularly unfriendly, unhelpful and seemed purposefully slow.I would not recommend it to anyone especially if you’re in a rush.
