MTN

They used to be really good.... However over the years their service has deteriorated. Takes a 2-3 hours to conclude a contract and you still will be required to make another trip because one of their systems are always down. Did I mention they seem to be understaffed very often. Anyway ... I hope they sort themselves out soonest.

Paul was very patient and knowledgeable of products available. The shop was just too hot with no air conditioning for a sublime experience. Otherwise, friendly staff all around.

Took me 3 and a half hours for a normal personal contract upgrade. The assistant had to redo the application 4x after phoning the big boss" who was not at the store to assist the assistant who clearly did not know how to do the upgrade. Really pathetic service"

Waiting almost 2 weeks for my contract phone and watch to be delivered no one is letting me know what's happening I have to keep phoning to find out how far it is level of service is pathetic won't be upgrading with mtn anymore

As Always, folk are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, however, MTN does not back that up with working systems (invariably slow), and simple things like the issuance of a new line" takes a very long time."

The service I got here was great. I called earlier before going to the shop and it was great being served by the person I spoke to over the phone. She already knew what I needed which made the process faster. Thanks a MTN

Went to enquire about my upgrade, staff is extremely rude, and has no idea what they are doing. Should resolve any issues.This store is a joke!!!!!

Went in this weekend to get a new phone as mine crashed on new years eve. Lebo was amazing to deal with,she was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient. She made the experience such a pleasure. Loved dealing with her and am very happy with then outcome.

Very bad service, I went there yesterday to get information on what documents I need to bring along in order to get a business contract, the staff did not seem very interested in assisting me, at first I sat waiting on a chair in the shop and no one bothered to come and ask if I needed assistance. I then had to go to one off the staff out of my own who were not a very pleasant or friendly lady at all... I found that it was a tereible waste of time being there. I then went over to Vodacom in Bedfordcentre , MUCH better. A friendly staff member greeted me as soon as I entered the shop and assisted me straight away , she was very helpful and I found the experience productive. I am definitely rather getting my business cell phone contract today from Vodacom , MTN can jump in the lake .

One of the least crowded MTN stores that you'll find (applicable to all Bedford center stores). Friendly and speedy service; so if you're experiencing any online service delay this is the walk-in outlet to make a purchase or resolve an issue.
