The surgery accommodated me at short notice for which I was extremely grateful. The reception staff was welcoming on the phone as well as in person and they really are an asset to the image of the practise. Dr. Vanja who stood in for Dr. Le Roux was thorough, professional, soothing and reassuring in her treatment for a minor treatment (cementing back a loose set of crowns). I surely will travel back from the UK in the next few months to this practise to have a complete treatment. I sincerely recommend Dr Chalida and her team to anyone who plan to have dental treatment, aesthetic or general. Thanks and see you all soon

I had my first-ever aesthetic procedure done by Dr. Chalita Le Roux, and I am happy to report back that it was a very pleasant experience.The communication prior to my appointment was great, and upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendliest and most professional staff.The interior design of the practice is also very fresh, contemporary, and inviting.Dr. Chalita made me feel extremely comfortable, and clearly explained the procedure and exactly what is to be expected pain-wise.Highly recommend!

The most welcoming experience ever. Everybody is so friendly and kind. Very informative consultation. I know everything that I need to get done, and why I need it done. Multiple options for procedures are presented which allows me to weigh out the pros and cons of any decision I make. (also allowing me to prepare my finances knowing everything that I have to do, which I appreciate).Booking the appointment was amazing. I felt very welcome from the first moment I contacted the practice. My mom and brother were also very excited about their experience at the practice. I can't wait to restore my beautiful smile so I can tell the whole world about Dr le Roux! Definitely recommend!Looking forward to my next appointment!

Woke up Saturday morning with the most excruciating pain in my tooth! Not having been to a dentist in awhile I started to Google looking for a dentist urgently. Well it only took one call to Dr Chalita at 11am asking for an appointment, and without hesitation I was told to come in. Not only did I walk into the most beautiful practise, I walked in with a very warm welcome. Dr Chalita in no time fixed my tooth. I can honestly say we have finally found our family dentist. I will be back there with my children for their check ups.Thank you once again Dr for being so accommodating and sorting out my painful tooth as quick as what you did!Gina
