Services during Level 3 lockdown not satisfactory. Visited the place several times and the staff generally looks unhappy. The have more female staff in front who make quotations, process payments and the same person still goes climb the ladder to unpack pipes. At times you don't find what your looking for as they refer youf one staff to the next until no one assist you.To Management: revisit your job allocation for staff.They are unhappy and it affects costomer service.
