Food is terrible, curry had no taste at all. Way below my expectations.Service is terrible, waitress leaves you unattended to for a long time.Toilets are filthy, unhygienic.Will never visit this place again. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Did not even eat half of my meal, terrible, terrible, terrible.

We Ordered a steak specially stating that it should be medium rare, while we were waiting another customer called the manager and complained about her meal, we were waiting for quite awhile, so I called the waiter, and told him that I hope we wouldn't hv any issues aswell.The steak came, it was completely overcooked, they took it away and brought another, which was completely RAW .Tasted terrible.They took it away again, when it came back the first bite was fine, at the 3rd bite it was very odd tasting mushy, I felt like vomiting. Sent it back, to pay R170 for a meal and not to be able to eat it, extremely disappointing.I would not recommend this place at all.

Food was great but the service needs attention. Ordered 3 Cheeseburgers with an egg in each burger, not only did it take 50 minutes to prepare whilst the restaurant was not busy but they forgot to add the eggs to the burgers. Also ordered a 1/4 chicken with extra roti, that too was completely forgotten.

A visit to Orientals Galleria today, Thank you to Yaseen for the exceptional service today, he made our visit very comfortable and made sure he updated us with our order as they were very busy. The prawn breyani and mutton breyani was delicious. All staff were absolutely friendly and payed attention to their customers. Once again, thanks to Yaseen for the amazing service. We will definitely be back soon.

Most Horrible chicken tandoori. Bought x 3 of same meal. All the same. So dry and tasteless bones has blood in it and chips like cardboard. Why are you wasting my money?? Very disappointed

Portions sizes were good.Only issue is that products lacked taste. Nothing was special about how this food tasted. Table service was rude. The waiter had no energy and was half dead.After spending 400 odd rands for a table of 3 - all I could say is that guests were filled up. That's all.Better off spending half that for similar cuisine at victory lounge, karanichas, hotel Britannia and other local Durban eateries.They didn't even have hand sanitizer or a wash basin for customers.

This restaurant used to be one of the best Indian food restaurants and ever since its gotten new owners, the quality and standard of the food has drastically dropped. Some food items, such as, the biryani has no taste and seems to be stale - this food is being served over the weekend. Some of the food is so unappetizing and to wait for this standard of food for over a period of 20 - 45 Minutes is utterly ridiculous. I will not be dining in at the Oriental in Galleria again and should go and learn how to cook their food by observing Oriental Umhlanga.

I must commend the service we received at Oriental at Galleria. The staff really payed attention to their customers. Even though they were busy the waiters and waitresses were always to be found and were easy and happy to make your visit comfortable.The bunny was absolutely delicious. Definitely highly recommend place to eat at when in the South of Durban

Bought a mutton bunny today, the food was terrible. There was 90% fat and bone. The bunny was absolutely oily.. Bread soaked with oil. Really terrible. Don't understand how you charge someone R90 and give them such poor quality food.
