Our expectations were way too high considering that this is a renowned agency. This has been one of the most unpleasant experiences we've been through. From being misinformed to incorrect docs being submitted to the deeds office to the Principal ignoring all correspondence informing her to take accountability for her agents, you will only ever receive disappointment from CPM. We were unfortunate to have dealt with an agent who misinformed us about monthly levy amounts, garage use etc and when we reached out to the Principal, she could never help us because she couldn't get involved" - so please help me understand who can get involved if the agent we were dealing with has left the agency? Over telephone correspondence we were informed that the amounts displayed on the sale agreement were as provided by the seller and that increases took effect at the AGM
