It's almost impossible to get hold of them, they are rude and have no idea what customer service is. I called it to enquire about my parcel. The lady who assisted me was rude and kept calling someone else's name while I was on the phone with her, this was after I received an sms for 2 consecutive days saying my parcel was out but they were not coming to me. I was only able to get my parcel after I asked for an address change thanks to Ralph and the driver

What a useless service… they lie that they will come today and never pitch. After canceling your plans to wait to the delivery that never comes. Vodacom should look for a better delivery company!!!

very poor service - got a message delivering parcel waited all day nothing. The next day exactly the same thing - we are delivering guess what nothing. Not even an update to say sorry we wont make it.Rather stick to the courier you trust

Its almost 2 days since they have sent a delivery message...even now...i have received my parcel. Even you call them they do pick their phones.their office on Saturday are closed..

Unreliable, Drivers knock off at 16:00 yet deliveries is up until 17:00, it's the second time I have to pick up my own package from their warehouse! Not worth it, They don't deserve even a star

I got a call from one of their drivers yesterday and he said he is on his way to deliver my package, this guy was 15 minutes away from my place an hour passed without him coming. When I called he said he has turned back God knows for what reason.He promised to deliver the package today, today I call him he says he is not delivering on my side. I called the branch they said my package is not there but when I track it I can find it.This branch is incompetent.
