The food is good. However the service needs improvement. We visited on a Saturday evening while the store was quite busy, we ordered take out and while driving back home realised that not everything that we ordered was in the bag, we then had to return to the store. No apology was offered, other than a shrug of the shoulders. Very poor customer service.

Bought a full chicken this past weekend and the family was extremely disappointed. Chicken was over cooked and very dry. Enjoyed their chicken when they first opened up but seems their standards are inconsistent, sadly. Won't go there again.

I have never been served chicken this dry in my entire life, I am a huge fan of Mochachos but this is not the Mochachos I am used to. And to top it off the staff was not friendly st all. After this chicken I am very skeptical of buying Mochachos again

The staff is friendly. The time it takes for the food to be ready is slow. It shouldn't be dubbed as a fast food restaurant. I had ordered a mild chicken. The flavour is not bad but the chicken was dry. Otherwise it's not a place to rave about.

If i could post zero stars i would. I'm here right now at the Mochachos and the service i received from a teller called Faith M" has been absolutely atrocious. I asked her to add an extra patty to a burger when i ordered it and she did not hear me. She then went on to argue with me and say that i never mentioned the extra patty and shouted at me like we are in the streets. She is so rude and there was no need for it. Its not the fact that she didnt hear my request that upsets me its the manner in which she spoke to me."

We just arrived here after being disappointed at Mochachos (Rock cottage). We placed the same order and we got our food within 7 mins. Service is great, and the food is good.

This is my first review I've ever made, I first bought chicken strips and chips, was disappointed with how thing and dry the chicken was but didn't give too much thought into it as I usually give benefit of the doubt.Today I ordered chicken pieces and rice, I know this sounds entitled as I'm reviewing a fast food restaurant, but I have never had such horrible Mochachos ever, the rice was drenched in the over-the-counter bottled sauce, absolutely not meant for consumption.If you are buying here and you've had Mochachos from another branch in this country, I highly recommend finding something else instead.
