The best Biokinetic trainer ever. He has the right balance of patience, understanding and drive that we need. His techniques have made a real difference to our well being, health and fitness. After 3 years still enjoying the different programmes and he is also a really good motivater. I would recommend him to anyone thinking of using his expert services.
