BT Games Cavendish

Bought a pro controller and asked for advice and was given none, I wanted try it out to see if it would work for competitive gaming. Very uncomfortable in the hand and overall a waste of money. very disappointed with the staff that was working in the afternoon on 21/01/2019. He looked like he was not interested in helping me at all.

Did not purchase anything from this store recently but purchased a game from Microsoft office for my Xbox. Was totally lost on how to access my game or if I even bought a physical game or not. After more than an hour of trying to get through to the Microsoft customer support I called this store (as a last ditch attempt) and was really grateful to the 2 gentleman (can't recall the names unfortunately) that assisted me over the phone. Felt a bit silly asking for help but they were really helpful even though it technically had nothing to do with them as the purchase was not from them. Great work!

Bt Games staff are completely useless, i brought in 4 games to be buffed and was told that the machine is covered with stock but if i leave it with them it will done the next day and they will call me, but they never did anything and never buffed my games. It is shocking how lazy and useless a person can be.

Great customer service. Didn't have what I wanted but still pointed me in the right direction and now I'm able to get a collector's edition of a game that has sold out back home!

What an effort picking up the game. The sales assistant didn't look like he knew what he was doing. 40 minutes just to pick up a pre order that was already paid for.This is the last time pre ordering from BT Games.

We went into the store looking for a cable but not being the most technical people on the planet, my husband and I were surprised at the service excellence. We were warmly welcomed, and not sneered or sniggered at while the salesman patiently listened to our needs. To be treated as the most important customer was very refreshing and impressive. I highly recommend this store.

So I'm currently in the queue to pick up the most anticipated game of the decade, along with 10 other people. There are two staff members. One is doing nothing. The other is tappinh away at keys on a keyboard. This is for PREORDERS. The products have already been paid for. I have been here for 30 minutes.Update:It takes 10 minutes to collect a preorder. 49 SECONDS TO BUY IT. 49 SECONDS!

Store is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. They have all the basics you'd need from any BT Games.

Do not hold to warranty policy. I bought a ps4 control, kept the box and receipt. Brought it back as the left analog stick was faulty.An employee at the store ran tests by being instructed over the phone and told me there was nothing wrong with the controller. There is quite obviously a problem and had they just played a game and tested it, they would have seen straight away as oppose to using some third party software of which the employee had quite evidently never used. Incredibly dissatisfied. Wouldn't recommond purchasing any product on warranty from them again.After sewing my review, BT games asked me to come back for further testing upon which they finally swapped my control. A lot happier however it was still frustrating as it only got swapped a month and a bit later and I shouldn't have to complain to get things fixed.

They were very help full but the game price was different to when i arrived paid the extra but will double check again as i had to drive from the other side of cape town to collect the game
