Golden Arrow Bus Services

Absolutely pathetic. Can’t even submit a complaint on their site. Bus driver of 4331 almost hit my car by forcing their way into my lane. I kept hooting and the bus kept on switching lanes causing me to almost hit the sidewalk. This happened at 07h00 in the morning on the N7, Montague Gardens Exit.

Always very relaxing to travel with Golden arrow bus, so relaxing and safe, inspection conducted every now and then,

It’s not appropriate for your driver to try and overtake a single lane via the pavement. He can wait in the traffic like all of us! It seems that you are employing ex taxi drivers!

They slow and their drivers are rude and unfriendly but they are a need in the transport industry

Golden Arrow is a good service however I came across a bus driver that is just blatantly rude , I got onto the bus and he told me that he doesnt have change when I paid and I should wait till we get to my stop , we arrived at my stop and asked him for my change due to this change being my bus fare for the next day , he was so rude and said he doesnt have money and I should just get out , I asked him how can he not give me my change he ignored me and just waited till I got out so he could drive on , he got so upset that I asked him for my change he just started pushing out money and he threw everything down , I was short of alot of money from this trip , this is really disappointing.

There are nit nearly enough busses from our area (Brackenfell) early in the morning. Also I have been on busses where the drives just do not stop to pick up commuters. I have also a few times been that person. Alot of times the drivers do not know the routes and there is just a general lack of customer service. One of the values on their site is customer consideration. This is a joke as even when we complain it gets ignored.

Excellent bus service. Always gets me to my location on time. Bus drivers are always friendly. Comfortable. Only thing i have to say is please do think of adding more buses from Stand/Somerset to CPT.

Bus driver cut in right ahead of us. without warning, he was on his cellphone.Young driver, Stopped at traffic light, turned right towards N2 passing big Shell Service station on the N2 on Route 33 at a about 4pmWe passed him while driving on road towards Maccasser, he was not driving straight, moving side to side and when I looked he was still on his cellphone.

The driver was very rude. They don't comply with the Covid-19 regulations. Sunday 14:00pm, Route : Cape Town to Rondebosch.

Busses should be on time. Bus we booked on 24th Dec 2022, was late. Furthermore, bus was clean, comfortable. However, driver did not know the Southern Suburbs. Was concerning and his driving skills is questionable as well.
