Great gym! Friendly staff, awesome classes with enthusiastic trainers and clean bathrooms. Great view of the harbor and ocean while doing your workout. The smoothies at Kauai are a plus. Would definitely recommend!

I’m utterly disgusted at how the employees treated me. I went in to go buy a smoothie and just to have a look around as I was considering joining, to my disbelief, I felt looked down upon, my question were disregarded. I had to wait over half an hour for my smoothie as other members who ordered after me got theirs first, and as I was walking out, a man with a toddler was walking behind me, he had a stroller which wouldn’t fit through the rotation door, and the main entrance was out of order. For the amount you pay, or even if you’re simply considering to join, treat people equally, or at least with some respect.

Incredible location. This gym has great equipment and is well laid out. The staff are extremely helpful and the change rooms are fantastic. I wish I could train here more often. This VA is sublime

I really enjoyed my training here. Spacious and full of equipment. Staff lovely. Parking might be an issue sometimes.

Shocking, I joined in June last year with the marketing ploy that I get two months free.. well when I enquired at the beginning when my debit still ran off to be told I get the free months at the end of the contract... a year later and now nobody knows about any free months. this on top of NOT being advised that my premium would go up in January just 6 months after joining. Total Rip Off.
