Bought some parts last Saturday,phoned them same day to ask if I can return one part. They said yes sure just bring your slip. Returned it the Monday , the useless SALES guy that helped said he will definitely phone me to collect the cash, apparently he didn't have cash in his till. It's now almost a flipen week that I'm waiting for him to phone me back. Definitely useless sales guy!!. Definitely taking this matter further aswell .Have never ever experienced this before.Unprofessional!!.

Excellent service from these folk. If they don't have the part, they will source it for you and most of the time delivery the same day. Works for me :-) Oh yes, and very competitive prices as well.

Excellent service. Justin always got back to me without having to follow up and his managers James and Ewan went out of their way to accommodate me as a customer, even in a difficult situation. Much appreciated and I can highly recommend them.
