I really like this store.Aisles aren't overcrowded with products. Also, they are very neat, clean & organized.And the staff are great.They lost a star because I waited in the 'Self Medicate' line for more than 30 minutes...Two people were being helped, and I was 2nd next in line. It took more than 30 mins for their 'Over the counter' meds to be processed & provided.Maybe it wasn't quite that long, but it definitely felt like it. However, the time it took to process a person's request WAS way too long.

Store opens only at 10:30. According to the google and signage outside this is incorrect.Low stock availability and poor customer service. You want in a queue on a quiet day for more than 10 minutes and there is only one till point open whilst there is staff that can assist but suddenly hide. Same applies at the medicine counter.I wonder why they open at all.

Store is closed . They say no power to there plugs . Service is so bad . The shops is always very dirty as well

This place don't even deserve a 1 star.Low stock availability and poor customer service. Holding for the dispensary for almost 20min without any assistance.Their service at the pharmacy is super slow, always. Ques of people, then only 1 working @ the prescription counter.....Script collection always incomplete.It is ridiculous. Worst service ever

We wanted eye drops for an eye infection and yesterday a male behind the counter said he won't give us we should go to a doctor which wasn't necessary at all. Don't support this place at all

This store never opens on time so don't bother being there at 9h00. Staff have their meetings until 9h20 while clients wait for service. The pharmacists are generally friendly but may need a little training. Count your pills while you check you got the right stuff, it will save you petrol later. Make sure the 3 for 2 specials ring up correctly.
