Absolutely incredible service. Bought the Proscenic P11 cordless vacuum cleaner. Initial battery was faulty - 30 minutes after sending an email, Charmaine from customer service contacted me and dispatched a new battery - no questions asked.Vacuum cleaner is incredible.

Placed a online order for a DJI Mavic 2 pro and I'm based in Jhb. When the drone arrived I had problems with the remote controller not charging. When I called the customer care line Natasha took the call and assured me I don't have to worry at all, if there is a problem the unit it will be taken care of.Brian who assisted me with my purchase arrange to have the drone uplifted at no extra charge to myself. A brand new unit was then sent out to me. Besides having the best deals and lowest prices would definitely recommend Droneworld for the best after sales service.A big thank you to Brian, Natasha and Ashley for going the extra mile to assist a me......... and all of this was during lockdown when everyone was not in the office and working from home.Cassim

I purchased a Phantom 3 pro drone from Droneworld, this was my second drone (the first one came to an unfortunate end haha). After insurance paid out for the replacement I was able to get this one from Droneworld. The process was so smooth and helpful. Before even purchasing Droneworld provided me with a replacement quotation so that I could show the insurance company the value and once ordered the delivery showed up promptly within a few days.Even before I made the commitment to buy I got a call from their sales team checking in on how my insurance claim was going and anything else they could to help.Great service, great product! I ordered a dji mini se...they did not have it in stock and I ordered a refund. Charmaine told me they only make payments on fridays and I am so impressed that they keep their word! My money was back into my account after 3 working days...Thanks so much Charmaine and Brian for your quick response after my first email! Absolutely superb.

We sent our DJI Air 2 back within a month of purchasing it, for a assessment regarding a minor technical issue we noticed, we have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for feedback.Worst aftersales service ever.No contact person or details provided, no feedback or any form of follow up. We were in the process of purchasing another, but to be honest, spare yourself the frustration.

Very helpful staff that respond fast to all email and sms's, Brian helped me all the way and even sorted out the place of delivery for me. Would definitely suggest then for drones and vr headsets.
