Avoid Franke at all cost their warranties are not worth the paper they are written on. Multiple bad experiences especially with the geyser they no longer manufacturer. You can do better but you will struggle to do worse.

been waiting for 4 months to get a soap dispenser replaced which is still under warranty and the new year, 2018 shipment has arrived was told by Franke salesperson in somerset west, but finding extremely hard to contact Durban HQ to get product send down to Somerset west at my mall.. absolute nightmare!!!!

Over rated, expensive with poor service delivery. I bought and had installed a waste disposer which gave nothing but trouble, Franke contracts with a Joburg crowd to attend to their service complaints, they supplied a new replacement fitting which was so different to the previous unit that the plumbing no longer fitted. I had to pay the Joburg crowd over 1,200- because Franke refused to pick up the tab for this plumbing rework to suit. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS, I TOOK IT RIGHT UP TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WITHOUT ANY OFFER TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR EQUIPMENT FAILURE.

Geyser burst within warranty period. Franke void the warranty because it “wasn’t installed to specification” - two plumbing companies with CoC confirmed no issue with installation and that the fault was directly with the cylinder malfunction of the geyser itself. Franke is desperate to try save money by robbing customers. Will boycott all their services

These must be a record. Approximately 5 years ago the geyser of some 20 years burst. It was replaced by insurance and since then the element has packed up twice and low and behold, it's done it again . Not impressed.

Prefer to give zero stars, but cant. Bought a Franke double kitchen sink with 25 year guarantee. Sink is rusty now. My builder installed it & buys many Franke sinks. Franke insisted on proof of purchase, but the slip was faded blank due to the type of receipt paper. the sink is obviously a Franke & they know which model and when it was first made. But still they wont honour the warranty. PLEASE DONT BUY INFERIOR FRANKE SINKS!

Do not buy from them !!!I bought a tap from them that has 10year Guarantee . Which started leaking after 3 months . its been well over a year now and this company did nothing about it

Pathetic Client service.Bought a top of the range sink, Neptune. Rusted within a year.Refusing to replace it even though “Franke apparently has a 25 year warranty”.Full of excuses. And to say the least Rude is an understatment.
