Was one of better experiences I have had from a drive through Kentucky is a long, long time. Service was unbelievably fast and my order only needed to be communicated once and confirm (it was correct so confirmation was immediate). The food was ready by the time I had moved to the despatch window, and the cherry on top was that the food was hot, fresh, moist and not overcooked. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

The service is good but they need more cashiers since the queue is always really long at this KFC but you will often find only 1 cashier working

We ordered food as we got off the Wembezi offramp in Estcourt, when we got there, we were told to join the payment queue, I protested and went ahead to the front to pay, we then told our order is not ready... wait for it.... the meat was not ready...This KFC removed every little bit of convenience online orders are suppose to have.Even lost my bank card in all this mess and had to pay for parking, since we were now there for more than 15 minutes. Unprofessional. The establishment is supposed to close at 10pm and when I got there at 8h20pm, I was told they were closed. All the workers were standing around waiting to leave. I was astounded and disappointed. I believe management is lacking and I suggest a change.

Today I called ahead to place my order. When I arrived the cashier gave me a puzzled look, she wasn't aware of such an order being placed. When she turned and asked if there was an order, no one replied to her. She asked again and the other girl sitting on a chair said there was no order placed. I couldn't corroborate my order because the girl who answered didn't give her name. I was beginning to question my predilection and now I am certain that I will no longer be purchasing at KFC liberty Mall anymore, because of the poor service and blatant disrespect and disregard to me as a customer. But hey, I'm just one customer so it won't make a difference but I am disappointed all the same.

I ordered sweet chilli twister and 4 dunked wings and I received chicken nuggets, I don’t even like nuggets. I’m so disappointed☹️☹️☹️

Today I was at Liberty Midlands Mall and I went into KFC and bought a Wrepsta box which I was not happy about the first time they did not install a drumstick they put the second spinal cord they did not add enough ingredients the third fried Chips and the cold drink was small and the drink was not good.Fourthly, the contents of the wrepsta box were disgusting and unpleasantI would like to know if this item in the wrepsta box tastes like peanut butterI would be happy if you could watch today's video to feel what they are contempt sayingWhen I was young I was supposed to lie to people but I didn't because I am rightIndeed, I have a permission to lie to peopleBy the way Simphiwe he doesn't have an account to hide the truth,I conclude.

This place is always busy ...some times u get lucky and the food is great but sometimes especially the mash tastes like purity lol ....kfc would be my last option compared to any other chicken outlet ....but thats just my personal choice
