ARC - Tyger Valley

My Son and I went into the store today, just to have an look. Nobody greated or evan looked up to to ask, How may I help u. On the way out of the store I stopped to have an Look and Smell of the New Dior Cherry Bloom fragrance. The security stalked us, like we were planning on steeling. This not the way U do business. This was the worst experience ever and I will not return to that store. Rather spend my money some wear els.

Honestly the customer service here is impeccable,I will visit it again!!

I would give zero stars if i could - The worst after service... The store is great for when you want to purchase something but when you want to return they will give you the run around - Yesterday i went to ARC Tygervalley to return an item I bought from ARC Cavendish two days earlier via payflex. There were three lovely ladies standing behind the till, one was trying" to assist me while the other walked away and the other hanging behind the till with her chin on her hand telling me that each store has different systems so I need to go all the way back to Cavendish to return - IMAGINE - anyway while I was trying to think of a solution or a way to work around their system constraints they stood there and watched me until I eventually left - Though your service was non existent - Thanks anyway"

Did a Jo Love Tapas session this morning. Fabulous experience with knowledgeable staff. Loved it.

The level of professionalism , warmth , knowledge and impeccable care to customers is tangible. Especially with the consultants Ilhaam and Nomsa who are so attuned , experts in their field , remarkable and go the extra mile . What a magnificent experience ! Thank you !

These ladies can teach their colleagues in Waterfront branch how to deal with customers.Thank you Ilhaam for your friendly and very helpful service at the Tygervalley branch,at Waterfront branch I was told to make an appointment just to test foundation,they lost out on a lovely sale.

They never have stock of anything I'm looking for.

I have had the most pleasant experience buying a fragrance for my daughter at ARC. They were super helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back to ARC next time I am purchasing a new fragrance. Thank you for your excellent service.

I ordered an item online on 28th April and was delighted to receive it on the 2nd of May. The service was excellent - quick and convenient, and the item was exactly as described. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely recommend this service to others.
