Both Andrews at Remote Guru are excellent but a big shoutout to Andrew the manager. He came to my house to program my gate remote at no charge. Highly recommended

I can see why people say the counter salesman/technician could be rude. The guy is very no BS and straight to the point. However he had it where it counts when I was there. He knew what I needed. Verified everything works multi times. I had an old remote with a missing cover and before I left he put a different one on at no charge. My one negative point would be that the place is a bit overpriced

I’ve always had great service at the Cavendish Remote Guru. They seem to have the remotes and be able to fix things when no one else can. Now I just go straight there. Highly recommended!

Andrew came to sort out my intercom which was not releasing the gate when buzzed. He was on time, professional and courteous, and sorted out the problem, after the 3 companies the insurance sent to do the repairs failed. Reasonably priced as well.

Jurgen, the sales consultant is the rudest, unapologetic and border line disturbed human I have ever encounteredHe is a negative impact to any form of your business and should be removed immediately!Customer service is key to any successful business and his sure lack of respect towards repeat customers has had its final strawYou will never see me there again!!
