They are by far the best kitchen installers around. Their prices are reasonable, quality very good, very knowledgeable, great to deal with and they go out of their way to give clients what they want. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Based on my experience and opinion, if you are someone that cares strongly about quality, attention to detail and has expectations of a top-class installation, this is not the kitchen company for you.The initial interaction with and design from Cromwell was better than we had encountered elsewhere, which is part of the main reason we decided to use Cromwell to do a kitchen, BICs and bathroom vanities for a new home. Their quotation was tied as the most expensive of three quotes we had obtained.However, when it came to the installation, things started to go wrong. There were just too many mistakes and ultimately compromises from our side to convince me this is what I would consider a professional kitchen company.They used subcontractors for everything installation-related and did not supervise the quality of their work, or perhaps simply believed the work produced was of acceptable standard. I constantly had to check the quality of work done, and pull them to site to rectify issues which I think are basics such as installing things straight. This is something management/supervisors should be doing if they had pride in or care of associating their name with the resulting work.The issues we encountered included:- Visibly skew kitchen island, that they seemed happy to leave as is, and was only straightened on the third attempt.- Scratched gloss finish on multiple shelves/cupboards after installation.- Visibly misaligned cupboards and drawers.- Mirrors that fell off the vanity doors as they had not been properly adhered to the doors. Luckily nothing else was damaged and nobody was around to be injured.- Attempted fix" of ball bearing runners fouled by granite dust with Q20 lubricant.- No stock of vanity tops reported 1 week into the installation

Regarding the Client Alex Thalmann.Cromwell Kitchens rectified the problem in the Kitchen which was mainly due to a U shaped wall which was lob sided on the short side. My fitter in all his wisdom should have voided a small section on its return instead of following the crooked line, therefore making the Breakfast Bar section taper away slightly.Cromwell Kitchens rectified everything which I agree my Installer should have seen and rectified right in the beginning.Regarding the mirror falling off the vanity door, well that could happen to anyone, which we replaced at our cost.We completed the Installation 100% and the client has paid us in Full.Not one Installation in over 30 years have I not completed 100% to customer satisfaction. Knowledge of product was excellent , fantastic design , great attitude work ethic, and friendliness of the owner , he has patience and always willing to go the extra mile. Best of all not time was wasted from design to delivery of the product was done with absolute simplicity in mind. great job Cromwell!!!

Just want to say thanks to Alan and Cromwell Kitchens for being so willing to help us out with difficult clients. Cromwell has been assisting our company since 2014 . They always go out of their way to help and often source parts for us that we struggle to get.Our clients are always impressed with their happy, professional attitude. Nothing is too big or too small of a job and they always make really good kitchen design suggestions . Beautiful kitchens. Cromwell installed a whole new kitchen into our house and arranged the layout to fit our needs. They also put in the center table and this photo is after 10 years so if this isn’t quality, I don’t know what is. Small run and owned business and really tries their best, with a passionate owner that gives the unique personal touch that you don’t get from big companies.

Sawdust is a pain ..but the team cleaned as they went then cleaned my entire office and surrounds. Above and beyond.The project started on time and finished before time. I love the finish on my Rhodesian teak desk and how it perfectly matches the cupboards, pen set holders and all the nifty gadgets that their team sourced for me.Alan's passion for what he does clearly shines through.
