The communication has been good and thorough. I am hoping for the last message to say i got the house and I can move in.

We did drop our documents and our credit score is good everything was good. Now you said you going to send us the location. We are still waiting. Are we going to wait until when. Since September not communication. Can you help us please.

This has been an absolute amazing experience as well as informative. As a 1st time home buyer, I walked into this process not knowing what to expect...and wow, I was greatly impressed. Stacey & Sarel literally held my hand the entire time and were very informative all the way. My best interests were always a top priority, and everything was disclosed to me. I am now the PROUD OWNER of a beautiful home which I enjoy every day. It's an amazing accomplishment and I couldn't have done it without the Property Bank team. I encourage anyone who wants to own their own home to apply - well, you will never know if you don't try - step out and see, opportunities are out there for us all to embrace.

Feel like they want to scam me the person is not responding to the messages I've send him all my details and still nothing

We are waiting for next phase to deliver. It gonna be this year or next year. I can’t wait.Last month we did do what you us ask to bring our documents and our credit score is good so you said you gonna email us the location. To go and choose the plot number and we still waiting.. we will wait for how long ?

Good day, I would just like to know how long does this process take?I submitted my documents on the 23 September 2021, was pre-approvedI made a follow up not long ago and I was shouted at, all I wanted to know how long does the process take and if my paperwork were submitted? as I made a follow up with the human settlement and they told me that they haven't received my paperwork

I've applied for a house since this year January still waiting. Last step was my gross income but nothing has happened positive. I would like to know how far with my application?

As much as I was excited to buy my family a house of their own, I've never thought i would experience a non caring and selfish organisation like this one, people are not being given an option or enough time to decide on this major brake through of their lives , all they come out with is cancelation fee and attitude from the stuff. This company has made more money with cancelation fees than helping people.
