Went here to do a Brazilian hair treatment on 31 Oct 2022. When I first arrived there and said I would like to do a barzillian,, the lady in front did not know the price. I have been there before and they charged me R350 for a mens short hair.They then charged me R500 for the treatment.. As I was doing the treatment, the hair dresser said its actually R360.Upon departure the teller still charged me R500.and when I mentioned the hair dresser said its actually R360. She said they cant come make up their own prices.. However this made me think she indeed made up her own price, as I felt the treatment was abit over charged and she didn't know the price to start with.The treatment after a few days is starting to fade out and for R500 is a rip off. She even made me draw money to pay for their services. This made me think she was pocketing some money.I travelled from Stellenbosch to support this place and will never return due to poor service.People handling your hair are great.. however the lady in the front should just retire and get lost.

Bitterly disappointed. I have never been treated with so much disinterest in my life. I showed her photos at the beginning of my appointment of what I wanted, a nice sleek Chinese bob, the shortest part being in the nape of the neck. She must have spent a whole 1 second actually looking. And when it came to the cutting part of the appointment, she did not ask to see the photos again nor did she even discuss the cut with me. Didn't discuss lengths, my preferences, nothing. She just hacked away. And I mean hacked. My hair is so short at the back, almost up to my crown. And uneven. Like some awful mushroom cut that was in fashion decades ago. Also, when I book for a cut, colour, blow dry AND flat iron, that's what I want. In the 18 months I've lived in this area I am yet to meet a hairdresser that does what I ask for, her included. If I want my hair flat ironed then flat iron my hair. Don't shoo me out the chair after my blow dry. I know my hair. I have been going to salons for more than 20 years. I know that half an hour after I leave the salon, if my hair is not flat ironed it will frizz. So, here I am, crying my eyes out because I have this disgusting hair cut that can't be fixed and that will probably take me a year to attempt to grow out. Thanks for that.
