It's a very decent place to grab something quick to eat, they need no introduction. But my worry is the waiting time before you get your order... it's not ideal, you can literally wait for 15 if not 20 minutes on a busy day

My chicken was well seasoned and it was very crispy good value for money.Service was good and fast the girl that helped me was very friendly.Atmosphere was good,nice Aircone while i waited,clean shop,will definitely go there again.

I bought food from this restaurant 4 times in 3 years time. I actually love Chicken Licken meat but I've got a complaint with this one in Matuba, they put too much salty spice till the meat taste very bad. I've noticed this in every meat I bought from here. Compared to other Chicken Licken shops I used to buy from in Gauteng they can sometimes make mistakes but most of the times their meat was tasty with less salty spice. You need to take your staff to a training course.

I bought lunch paid by bank cut,the payment went through but the cashier said it did not went through then she said I must swipe for the second time,my money will be reversed but till now it did reverse,I called her and she said she will call but till today still waiting for her call.service really bad.
