We were deeply dissapointed by the service we received. We experienced damages to some of our big appliances, when trying to claim from the so called transit insurance, it was laborious and painful. We decided to finally not claim and fixed the items ourselves.But when we started to unpack our boxes, only then did we realize, how badly they treated our items. Every single box that had anything other than clothes, had damage and broken items inside, some of which were sentimental. Boxes were ripped, crushed and damaged badly. I will never recommend these people to anyone, and in fact have already told several to stay away. Not once did we receive even a simple apology or any empathy from the person we were dealing with.If you want peace of mind and your household goods to arrive in one piece, DON'T use Set Carriers.
