Great experience the staff is very friendly and they are always ready to help look for something in store. The line moves quiet quick and the tills rarely have one person working. The pharmacy is also very efficient.

I always have good experience whenever I'm in a Clicks, except for one time in a different Clicks, even then it wasn't terrible. What I like about this one, especially, is the fact that they close conveniently later than others. I only pray that this great service doesn't come at any inconvenience of employees, like some having to find transport at night and arriving home under unsafe circumstances.

It’s written opens at 8 am on Monday, but I called and nobody replied from Clinic! Called again and was told that Clinic section opens at 9!So please correct your working hours or at least mention that Clinic works in different times!

I had the misfortune to run into an extremely rude young female pharmacist today at Clicks Cycad. I've asked her if the stock CBD oil and she walked away not given any answer. I walked behind her and asked her again and her reply was I don't know that. Her demeaner was extremely rude and upsetting. I have spoken to the manager as I was so upset by this 'professionals ' behaviour. Its your job to help customers so please do youre job and get off of your high horse.

Trading hours on website vs real trading hours differ. Needed medication. Got to the Clicks Cycad Store at 18:58 and the staff just closed the doors. Trading hours show open until 20:00. Staff were rude when me and another customer asked why they close earlier than trading hours displayed on the website. Doors were closed in our faces!
