Phenomenal service. Attention to detail, great craftsmanship fixing my imported cowboy boots, and my vintage Italian briefcase. Gave me multiple pricing options viz imported materials etc. One of my most satisfying vendor experiences ever.

Great service and fantastic workmanship - old school leather craftsman who knows exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. Even some tourists who were simply looking around the shop remarked on the quality of the workmanship.
