Before coming in I made sure I explained what was wrong and obtained a quote from Messrs Nishar and Salim. I brought in van at 8am as per request only to be told the tool to perform the work had been lent out . 2 hrs of waiting for the tool to be returned elapsed and I have had to make and alternative arrangement. No apology, nothing. Eish! Sabeer is all I can say bcoz you need it aplenty.
