Perfect venue for a varaity of gaming platforms which includes accesories, games, consoles and merchandise for the intensive gamer. Pre-played games is just as great as a brand new game, perfect condition. The staff is very knowlegable and there is always a fun filled atmosphere in the store.

Like the place a lot friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately my reason for the log ratting is with my last purchase I bought a second hand game and after my SIX hour drive to where I stay when wanting to Play the game I discover that they neglected to place the disk in the game case, which was very disappointing.

I would like to start with a compliment to the staff at the store. They are friendly and polite, and eager to assist. I am not too sure if my poor service experience is because of the store or the actual franchise that doesn't care for their customers.I am exceptionally disappointed in the service that I received from BT Games. They rarely have stock and when they place an order for you on your purchase, it is delayed by days... I can't say much about the service of GAME Store, but I think I would have received my purchase faster from them.
