Unfortunately very dissapointed in their service. No work done whatsoever, the only time I got emails from them was only when they demanded the deposit. When I contacted them more than two years later seeing that they are unable to assist with my visa application, their ZERO REFUND POLICY applied. Deposit paid: R9400Taking it on the personal level won't help your business. I would have been happily left you 5stars with the promised visa in my hand.Be professional.Offer a good service.It is as simple as that.

Very arrogant, uncoooperative unprofessional attitude from Gerrit Janse van Rensberg. He left us stranded and in our own in dealing with an urgent matter with Department of Home Affairs and he had already been paid. I would not recommend him

After paying for a service we would never receive, no response after the event or apology, waste of money, poor communication from their side as well. You can never speak to the person you need answers from. And you are always wondering what is going on.

Without doubt, the most unprofessional and incapable service of this kind available. Gerrit demands full payment upfront and from that moment onwards, your requests for feedback are simply ignored; Gerrit refuses to ever take your call, electing instead to palm you off to his 'lesser qualified' assistants who attempt to help. When you then follow up with an email to confirm what you've been told, he then replies in his clumsy attempt at legalese prose to confirm that they are in fact not qualified to impart information, yet he is too much of a coward to take a call or face-to-face meeting to explain his serial incompetence and lies. Almost 4 months have elapsed and I've yet to receive the correct document that I paid upfront for in full. Avoid this 'company' like the plague - they do not even deserve a 1-star rating.

TERRIBLE! They are a scam!, with Gerrit Janse van Rensburg being the most unreliable, soulless, crooked lawyer that i have dealt with. He has zero care of clients. They made me pay arnd R11 000 for very poor services and documentation that i could have downloaded online for free. (deceivers). When called them when I got issues at OR Tambo and they ignored my calls and told me to pay more if i wanted to communicate with them and denied that they represent me. I was desperate and they left me stranded after i had payed everything to them. I am DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED and disgusted by their conduct and i fail to understand how they are still in business taking advantage of people in need.They dont call, they dont follow back, they dont care about their clients and most certainly very corrupt.
